A working risk record, not a permanent mark.
A verification badge that is issued once and never revisited is a marketing device. AfrexMarket treats verification as an evolving record that changes with what the supplier does.
Every verification decision is recorded with the officer who made it, the date, the type of evidence relied on, when that evidence expires, the categories the decision covers, any adverse finding, and every subsequent change of status. A status without that behind it is an opinion, not a record.
Certificates expire. Capacity changes with the season and the order book. Delivery performance is only knowable after delivery. The record is kept current, and it feeds supplier matching and risk assessment rather than sitting on a profile page.
